The KITA provides your PI to third parties in accordance with Article 17(1)1 of the PIPA as described below.
- Types of PI provided: Name, corporate email address, mobile number and company name
- Purpose of the third parties: Provide information and opportunities to participate in the KITA’s startup support programs, contact for further meetings
- Period of possession and use: 5 years from the collection date
- Third parties provided with PI:
※ Note: The third parties being provided with PI can change during the startup support program. In the event of such change, the KITA will inform such change to you without delay and obtain the consent for the third party provision.
You may refuse to consent to the provision of PI, but it may restrict the applying company from participating in the KITA’s startup support programs.
